Norinco Mak-91
Norinco Mak91 which has an 18" barrel and milled receiver. This is the post ban version of the Polytech Legend National Match. Unlike other post-bans, this one still has a threaded barrel. It's setup as a sort of DMR or tabuk type rifle.
